Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

Telemarketer Responsibilities
#8226; We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales appointments by cold calling or/and answering requests in a fast-paced environment if necessary.
#8226; Cold call people using a given phone directory to fix sales appointments, introduce products and qualify leads.
#8226; Answer incoming calls from prospective customers if any.
#8226; Use scripts to provide information about the product's features and present their benefits to fix appointments for sales Representatives.
#8226; Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
#8226; Persuade the customer to prebuy (fix appointments for sales Rep) by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
#8226; Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
#8226; Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
#8226; Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
#8226; Keep records of calls, sales and record useful information.
#8226; Fulfill call targets to fix targeted appointments.
#8226; The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.

Requirements:

Qualification
#8226; Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
#8226; Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
#8226; At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
#8226; Required Skill(s): Communication, Negotiation.
#8226; Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
Requirement

#8226; Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
#8226; Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
#8226; Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
#8226; Excellent communication and presentation skills.
#8226; Proficient in English & Mandarin (preferred).
#8226; Skilled in negotiation, persuasiveness and dealing with complaints.
#8226; Persistent and results-oriented.
#8226; Patient and able to handle customer rejection and move on to the next call!
#8226; High school diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

#8226; As a successful telemarketer, you must be friendly and persuasive.
#8226; You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
#8226; The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness, rejections, objections, and complaints.
